OSHO Kundalini meditation

Introduction

I have recorded some practices and techniques that have been particularly helpful on my own path toward meditation. You can practice these techniques for free using the written instructions provided, or you can support my work by accessing recorded classes that include detailed verbal and visual guidance. You are able to see a full one hour long practice through www.osho.com or contact me directly.

Please note, I am neither a dancer nor a performer. Meditation has no form, and movement in this context serves as a reference point for exploring your inner self. It’s important to distinguish between movements used for performance and those used in meditation techniques. The latter aim to help you feel light, observant, free, and joyful.

If you encounter any difficulties with the shared practices, I strongly recommend consulting myself or an experienced teacher for guidance. I am happy to answer any questions and support you as you embark on this transformative journey.

I wish you a blissful journey toward a meditative state of mind.

OSHO Kundalini meditation

This meditation is particularly good to practice if you wish to increase your creative energy.
Is one hour long practice, divided into four stages. Each part is 15min long. This practice ends, when you hear beating three gongs at the end.

First stage

Start with your body to be fully relaxed and loose, start slowly shake your body moving up from your feet. Let go of any tension and of any thought they may be coming up, breath lightly so you can let go everywhere and become the shaking itself. You can keep your eyes open or close them if you prefer.

Second stage

Dance in any way you feel and let the whole body to move as it wishes, let the movement start within, do not think about it so it can be more natural and creative. Through the movement you can surprise yourself and find a new layer of your inner expression. Eyes can be open or closed, whatever suits your needs most.

Third stage

Close your eyes and be still. You can sit down or keep standing, depends on your energy level. You simply witness whatever is happening inside and outside of yourselves. Focus on your breath and heart beat if possible.

Fourth stage

Rest in lying position. Close your eyes and find the most comfortable place to recharge through silence and stillness. Receive energy simply by letting go of the heaviness and all  the wight of your body, surrender to the ground fully.
