About me
In yoga I found a deep unity, a connection
of my heart, breath and body
Through yoga and meditation, I have found a deep connection with myself, uniting my heart, breath, body, and soul.
Yoga has taught me to appreciate the depth of my inner path and wisdom, helping me perceive the simplicity and beauty of everyday life. It enables me to fully embrace the present moment and appreciate each unique moment while it lasts.
My journey began 14 years ago when I left university and moved to India. I spent several months in an ashram, where I learned to meditate and discovered the techniques that best suited my body, as well as the optimal times and methods for practicing them.
I deepened my yoga and meditation practice during my 10+ years in Australia. This transformative experience was greatly enriched by having a skilled and supportive teacher. During this time, I fully integrated yoga into my daily life. It was no longer something I “did”; it became a part of who I am. As my practice grew, I explored the power of sound, incorporating traditional instruments into my yoga classes. Today, I work extensively with mantras, which have a profound impact on the body, nervous system, and overall energy.

Yoga and the path to meditation requires inner determination, strength, gentleness and perseverance.

I am deeply grateful for guidance and learning in Australia to my teacher, Trevor Tangye, who generously shared his knowledge from his own teachers, including K. Pattabhi Jois, Shandor Remeté, and Emma Balnaves. Other inspiring teachers I have studied with over the past decade include Nicol Walsh, Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest, Seryia Cutbush, Alan and Sarah Finger, Mark Whitwell, Persia Juliet, Camille Maurine, and Dr. Lorin Roche.
In addition to yoga and meditation, I study Ayurveda to deepen my understanding of yoga—including its philosophy, astrology, anatomy, herbal knowledge, and psychology. Ayurveda emphasizes individualized diets that complement yoga practice, supporting personal growth. A sense of community and connection with like-minded individuals is also an essential part of practicing yoga meaningfully.
I spend most of my time in nature, where I learn more about myself every day. My goal as a yoga and meditation teacher is to share this knowledge and remind others that yoga is a vast field, one that requires ongoing exploration and respect.
